Corporate Revival

If you miss two consecutive annual returns, your corporation will be struck by Alberta Corporate Registries. It is possible to have the corporation revived (revival form, notice of address, notice of directors, notice of agent) within 10 yrs of it being “Struck” from the Corporate Registry for $300.00. You will also have to pay for an annual return for every missed year. The cost is $80.00 per year missed. The price for a new corporation is $460.00, so many people will choose to open a new corporation instead. Please note that if you have a named company, that has been structed and/ or dissolved for more than 3 yrs a new NUANS report for $50.00 will be required.

If it is your preference to revive a previous corporation, please call us so we can look up the company to determine how many annual returns need to be filed and what the cost for revival will be. If at all possible, please be prepared to provide us with the CAN (Corporate Access Number can be found on your annual return notice or certificate of incorporation).
