At ALTAFACTS Search & Registry Inc., we have a dedicated team which specializes in registration of commercial fleets. The team is led by a Manager who possesses over 25 years of experience in vehicle registrations. We can have your plates ready for an authorized individual from your organization to pick up at commercial office during our business hours. We can potentially set your company up for payment by monthly statement so you can pay for plate transfers, abstracts and searches all together, on approved credit.

In order to qualify for the Alberta Fleet Program, the vehicles must be commercially registered. Dealers and Prorated vehicles are not eligible for the fleet program.

The default date for fleet renewal in Alberta is December, but you can opt for a different month when you set up your fleet to renew quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Be sure to ask our Commercial Department for advice on how to set up your fleet to best meet the needs of your business.

In order to register vehicles as a fleet, you will need to have 10 or more commercial vehicle registeredto apply to Motor Vehicles Department to obtain fleet status. Contact us today for help with this process.
