Amend Name of Corporation

For the change of the name of an incorporated company, there are additional fees for a NUANS Name Reservation and Pre-Search which is $50.00 plus the fee for the name change of $150.00.

For changing the name of a named incorporation to a numbered the fee is $150.00 only.

Structure Change to Corporation

When there are structure changes to the Articles of a Corporation, then an amendment must be filed. The fee for Articles of Amendment is $150.00 as well as additional fees for the formatting of the articles and any reinstatements that are required.
